april is seeking a Senior Product Marketing & Communications Manager to connect product, marketing, and client success, boosting taxpayer adoption and influencing new business strategies. This role focuses on B2C adoption marketing through partner support, refining pre-sale messaging, and creating impactful product communications. The ideal candidate will be a strategist, copywriter, advisor, researcher, and project lead, shaping embedded tax marketing.
Role involves:
- Building onboarding flows and product marketing assets.
- Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams.
- Partnering with client marketing teams for taxpayer communications.
- Creating marketing toolkits for partners.
- Refining pre-sale messaging and pricing strategies.
- Updating product collateral and enablement materials.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Managing B2B and B2C marketing communications.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
- Experience with complex products and quick learning.
- Proficiency in creating landing pages and user-facing messaging.
- Understanding of pricing and market analysis.
- Comfort with customer journey design and new platforms.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in small teams and manage multiple tasks.
