Role Involves:
- Maximizing sales and providing customer service
- Communicating with customers to determine needs
- Building client relationships and maintaining a client book
- Driving sales through consignments and partnerships
- Handling point-of-sale transactions
- Maintaining displays and assisting with stock transfers
- Participating in store events
- Encouraging customer engagement on social media
- Sharing feedback with management and writing business recaps
- Securing company assets through loss prevention
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience (women's upper contemporary, multi-label, or luxury designer preferred)
- Can-do attitude and commitment to customer service
- Willingness to work during peak business periods (weekends, holidays)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of POS and Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more)
