Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Quality Technician for their battery assembly line. The technician will ensure battery modules meet quality and reliability standards through inspection, testing, and verification. This role requires a detail-oriented individual committed to quality and continuous improvement.
What Role Involves:
- Performing inspections and tests on battery modules and components.
- Collecting and analyzing data from inspections and tests.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspection results and test data.
- Identifying and documenting non-conformances.
- Providing training and support to production staff.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical certification preferred).
- Previous experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
