Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure the quality and reliability of their EV platform. This role involves conducting inspections, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve production standards. The Quality Technician may also maintain calibrated test equipment, prepare test data, and identify areas for quality control improvement.
What This Role Involves:
- Conducting detailed inspections of automotive components and finished products.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control processes.
- Participating in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
- Collaborating with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Providing training to production staff on quality control procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required (College degree or equivalent preferred).
- 2 or more years of experience in a Manufacturing, Quality, or Process focused role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of chassis or automotive assembly is preferred.
