Interactive Brokers, a global financial services company, is seeking motivated individuals for a Bilingual Trade Issues role in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.Interactive Brokers has been at the forefront of financial innovation for over four decades, known for cutting-edge technology and client commitment. IBKR affiliates provide global electronic brokerage services around the clock on stocks, options, futures, currencies, bonds, and funds to clients in over 200 countries and territories.Responsibilities:

• Resolve routine and complex client service issues.
• Address inquiries about IBKR Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader.
• Handle cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administrative functions.
• Provide information on product availability and attributes.
• Explain exchange, clearing, and depository functions.
• Clarify order types and routing logic.
• Track order status, trade and delivery settlement, exercise & assignment, expiration processing, and corporate actions.
• Explain margin calculations, commission structure, interest, and fees.
• Coordinate with other Client Service divisions and external departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree.
• Fluency in Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments.
• Working knowledge of exchange operations and regulations.
• Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
