Job Description

Interactive Brokers, a global financial services company, is seeking a Market Data Team Lead to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Market Data Analysts, ensuring high output and maintaining quality. This role involves process migrations, team training, and resolving team member queries. The candidate will also research and classify market data subscribers, reconcile invoices, and provide client support.Responsibilities:

• Leading the existing team of Market Data Analysts
• Process migrations and training
• Resolving queries raised by the team members
• Researching the classification of market data subscribers
• Reconciling and processing market data invoices
• Delivering accurate and timely client support
• Organizing and maintaining an accurate accounting of Market Data-associated costs
• Participating in projects and department initiatives
• Developing clear and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Information Systems
• 5+ years of experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Excellent quantitative/analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in the use of Excel
• Proficient in JIRA issue tracking and Confluence collaboration tools
• Financial Information Associate and FISD Data Licensing (Desirable)
