Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to expand its reach by cultivating a network of high-performing reseller partners. This role is crucial for driving new business through the channel, building pipeline, and implementing strategic plans to achieve measurable growth in Austin and San Antonio, TX. The Channel Sales Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to enhance Verkada’s market presence.
Role Involves:
- Driving net new pipeline with strategic reseller partners.
- Executing regional channel strategy aligned with Verkada’s objectives.
- Training and enabling partner teams on Verkada’s product portfolio.
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive joint activities.
- Conducting business reviews with partners to track performance.
- Strengthening the channel ecosystem and driving awareness.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of channel sales or partner management experience.
- Proven track record of building new business via Security Integrators or IT VAR partners.
- Strategic and creative thinking with a process-driven approach.
- Ability to influence and engage across all levels.
- Technical fluency and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
- Must reside in Austin (preferred) or San Antonio, TX, and be open to 50% in person travel.
