Cleo is seeking a skilled and curious Market Researcher to join its growing insights function. The ideal candidate will help shape product and commercial strategy through high-quality, quantitative market research. This role is at the intersection of data, behavior, and business impact, working across teams to uncover what drives users and markets.

Role involves:

  • Designing and executing market research projects using advanced quantitative techniques.
  • Conducting market sizing, pricing research, and new market opportunity assessments.
  • Working cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and marketing teams.
  • Contributing to pricing strategy through user value perception studies and elasticity testing.
  • Presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear, structured, and influential way.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with quantitative market research methods.
  • Ability to frame business problems and translate them into clear research hypotheses.
  • Comfort designing and interpreting survey-based studies.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
