Cleo is seeking a skilled and curious Market Researcher to join its growing insights function. The ideal candidate will help shape product and commercial strategy through high-quality, quantitative market research. This role is at the intersection of data, behavior, and business impact, working across teams to uncover what drives users and markets.
Role involves:
- Designing and executing market research projects using advanced quantitative techniques.
- Conducting market sizing, pricing research, and new market opportunity assessments.
- Working cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and marketing teams.
- Contributing to pricing strategy through user value perception studies and elasticity testing.
- Presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear, structured, and influential way.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with quantitative market research methods.
- Ability to frame business problems and translate them into clear research hypotheses.
- Comfort designing and interpreting survey-based studies.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
