Job Description

Fictiv is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of its next-generation Operating System for New Product Development (NPD). This role is pivotal in shaping the future of digital manufacturing by simplifying the sourcing of custom mechanical parts and accelerating product development. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of solutions related to Fictiv's Manufacturing Quoting & Fulfillment platform.He/She will serve as the domain expert, understanding the needs of customers and manufacturing partners, and bridging the potential of technology with operational process needs and business goals.What this role involves:

• Researching and evaluating customer needs and feedback.
• Assessing internal user needs and identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
• Developing a strategic vision and product roadmap to support Fictiv’s growth.
• Analyzing and scoping roadmap items, translating high-level goals into detailed objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Implementing Agile methodologies to manage sprints.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in B2B transactional or software businesses.
• Experience navigating systems with interdependencies and integrations.
• Experience developing business plans or roadmaps.
• Some operating or technical knowledge in manufacturing processes (3D Printing, CNC, Injection Molding, etc.).
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
