Job Description
Huntress is seeking a driven Account Executive to sell its cybersecurity platform to Managed Service Providers. This is a remote role based in the US. The Account Executive will focus on acquiring new logos and upselling to those accounts for 12 months. The successful candidate will work with the Sales Engineering team on partner recruitment, handling intro calls, and onboarding.Role involves:
- Achieving sales goals.
- Generating qualified pipeline.
- Managing a sales process.
- Selling on value and ROI.
- Maintaining pipeline organization.
- Educating and building trust with new customers.
- Traveling up to 15% for trade shows and summits.
- Presenting at trade shows and webinars.
- Upholding ethical standards.
- Contributing to the team.
- Demonstrating adaptability.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Development role.
- Experience managing a large list of accounts.
- Ability to maintain pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Self-starter attitude.
- Previous experience with MSPs preferred.
- Cybersecurity sales experience is a plus.
- Internal drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Managed Service Providers (MSP), Technology Providers, Technology Services providers, Solution Selling
- Ability to give clear, concise, and effective demos of all Huntress Products built from the latest pitch decks
- CRM Hygiene is consistently up to date (deals in the correct stages, activities logged, clear notes, MEDDPICC details clearly filled out, follow-up tasks and next step meetings on every deal, etc.)
- Consistently running quarterly business reviews on accounts for upsell & cross-sell opportunities
- Ability to work at industry events, which includes engaging with booth traffic, networking & building connections at events
- Help to onboard new teammates and assist existing teammates to level up where needed
