The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager to enhance its digital commerce capabilities. This role focuses on driving digital growth and delivering a best-in-class e-commerce experience on PokemonCenter.com, specifically for the UK and future European storefronts. The Digital Merchandising Manager will develop and implement local and global merchandising strategies to boost customer engagement, conversion, and sustainable growth across all product categories.
What this role involves:
Managing the revenue, performance, and customer experience of the Pokémon Center storefronts in the UK and Europe.
Analyzing data to optimize customer experience and achieve financial objectives.
Collaborating with Product Planning and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive product campaigns.
Implementing best practices across all storefronts, working with the US-based Digital Merchandising team.
Managing online promotions and working with the global Operations team.
Developing A/B testing strategies to improve product performance and customer experience.
Requirements:
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Digital Merchandising or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with Content Management Systems and Product Information Management systems.
Proficiency with Excel and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Experience managing an e-commerce site with multiple product categories.
