Carrot Fertility is seeking a Taft-Hartley Sales Director to maximize a significant market opportunity. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in penetrating a new market for Carrot's family-building services.This role involves:
  • Developing a sales strategy for union and Taft-Hartley entities.
  • Identifying and prioritizing target markets.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Attending industry events.
  • Driving the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborating with marketing on targeted campaigns.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Monitoring sales performance and market trends.
Minimum requirements include:
  • 7+ years in sales or business development, focused on the Unions/Taft-Hartley sector.
  • Proven success in selling complex solutions to Taft-Hartley plans and Unions.
  • Fluency in relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel (50%).
  • Entrepreneurial focus.
  • Experience with sales tools (Outreach, Salesforce, SalesNav, etc.).
