Carrot Fertility is seeking a Taft-Hartley Sales Director to maximize a significant market opportunity. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in penetrating a new market for Carrot's family-building services.This role involves:
- Developing a sales strategy for union and Taft-Hartley entities.
- Identifying and prioritizing target markets.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Attending industry events.
- Driving the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals.
- Collaborating with marketing on targeted campaigns.
- Conducting market research.
- Monitoring sales performance and market trends.
Minimum requirements include:
- 7+ years in sales or business development, focused on the Unions/Taft-Hartley sector.
- Proven success in selling complex solutions to Taft-Hartley plans and Unions.
- Fluency in relationship-building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel (50%).
- Entrepreneurial focus.
- Experience with sales tools (Outreach, Salesforce, SalesNav, etc.).
