Job Description

ArtBot-Studio is seeking a Quality Control Lead to bring a professional and structured approach to production and quality control. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic passion to be a part of ArtBot-Studio’s foundational growth and future success. This role involves close collaboration with Producers, Design Supervisors, Production Designers, Studio Artists, and Technical Artists to ensure assets are successfully delivered without errors.

The Quality Control Lead will support and lead other Quality Control specialists through every stage of a project, working together with other disciplines to deliver the best possible digital solutions. They will incorporate emerging technology and maintain a holistic view of all projects to ensure excellent quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production compliance to provided standards and guidelines
  • Perform quality control checks
  • Manage QC requirements and risk analysis
  • Attend meetings with production and post-production teams
  • Execute planning, scoping, and estimation of QC efforts
  • Write test plans and onboarding documents
  • Communicate day-to-day tasks to Quality Control Specialists
  • Mentor Quality Control Specialists
  • Report QC project status
  • Organize, track, and ensure quality of final files
  • Maintain and develop internal QC status tracking documents
  • Escalate risks and solutions
  • Assist with data ingest and file archival

Requirements:

  • Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
  • 3+ years in an advertising agency or production/post-production studio
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Client-facing experience
  • Knowledge of video and audio editing software (Davinci Resolve & Premiere)
  • Broad knowledge of Adobe Suite software (Photoshop & After Effects)
  • Understanding of video delivery specs and exporting standards
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Data ingest and management experience
  • Keen eye for design principles and attention to detail
