Cultivation Agent

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Mount Joy, PA. The Cultivation Agent will be responsible for on-site cultivation of medical cannabis gardens, monitoring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control. This role involves day-to-day plant care, including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming, contributing to the overall success of the cultivation team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily plant care activities (watering, pruning, monitoring plant health).
• Assist in transplanting plants.
• Regularly prune plants.
• Assist in monitoring room conditions.
• Assist with harvesting plants.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in general production or a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plant biology, plant care, and cultivation techniques preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cultivation practices and technologies.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
