Job Description
FalconX is seeking a Compliance Manager in Seychelles to ensure the company's adherence to regulatory standards. The Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and reviewing the Compliance Manual, AML/CFT program, and internal policies. This role requires a deep understanding of FSA Act, VASP Act, and other compliance laws.
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, identifying compliance issues, and reporting to the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies. FalconX needs someone who can analyze regulatory developments, enforce compliance standards, and provide guidance to employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and review the Compliance Manual and AML/CFT program.
- Coordinate operational activities to maintain compliance.
- Identify and report compliance issues to the Board of Directors.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies.
- Respond to FSA and file Suspicious Transaction Reports.
- Analyze regulatory developments and enforce compliance standards.
- Provide guidance to employees on regulatory compliance.
- Conduct compliance monitoring of clients and third parties KYC.
- Review agreements with clients and 3rd parties.
- Investigate clients complaints.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of FSA Act, VASP Act, and compliance laws.
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in managing regulatory exams.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements.
- Must be resident in the Seychelles
