Algolia is seeking a Senior Web Analyst to join their Professional Services Org in the Business Strategy and Optimization Services team. This role involves collaborating with customers to improve their business outcomes through optimized search solutions. The Senior Web Analyst will analyze data, provide recommendations, and drive AI feature adoption to enhance search performance and business results.
The role involves:
Analyzing analytics and A/B test data to assess search performance.
Working with customers to improve AI feature adoption and renewal rates.
Tying performance data to business outcomes and delivering ROI analyses.
Optimizing core ranking and AI feature configuration.
Identifying areas for improvement and sharing thought leadership.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in ecommerce as a web or digital analyst.
5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
2+ years of experience with search relevance and ranking optimization.
Extensive experience with Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics in an ecommerce context.
Experience running A/B tests and analyzing results.
Strong analytical skills with structured and unstructured datasets.
Strong business mindset and communication skills.
