Affirm is seeking a Fraud Operations Investigator II to join their Fraud Servicing Team. This role is remote in Canada. The Investigator will manage case queues, conduct reviews, and handle complex projects. They will need a strong understanding of fraud operations and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.Affirm is a company that is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.What this role involves:
  • Reviewing suspicious account activities and identifying fraud patterns.
  • Collaborating with Customer Operations to resolve customer complaints.
  • Identifying trends in fraud behavior and suggesting improvements to procedures and tools.
  • Taking on independent projects to improve team performance.
  • Supporting vendors through escalations and training.
What Affirm is looking for:
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed daily case count expectations.
  • Experience in fraud investigations and/or detection.
  • Self-motivation and reliability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • SQL skills and knowledge preferred.
