Darwin Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Advisor to join their team in Tampa, Florida. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for delivering adaptive, bespoke strategies for high-net-worth clients. This role blends entrepreneurial latitude with the backing of Farther's innovative platform and resources. The advisor will leverage Darwin's private investment platform and proprietary methodology while utilizing Farther's cutting-edge technology to eliminate administrative drag—allowing them to focus on high-impact conversations and results-driven execution.
Role involves:
- Building authentic, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Creating personalized wealth strategies blending traditional investments with Darwin Private Solutions
- Using Farther's innovative technology platform to eliminate low-value tasks and enhance client service
- Guiding clients through market volatility with data-informed communication and strategic portfolio adjustments
- Collaborating with internal specialists to solve complex planning, tax, and estate challenges
- Participating in intimate client events and curated networking opportunities
- Contributing to Darwin's growth and evolution of client experience
Requirements:
- Series 65 or equivalent license with a clean U4
- Proven experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles
- Deep understanding of portfolio construction and alternative investment vehicles
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for simplifying complexity
