Job Description
Power Digital is seeking a Creator Specialist to manage UGC campaigns and internal creator operations. The Creator Specialist will be responsible for managing creator campaigns from start to finish, including briefing, communication, and deadline management. They will also support the growth of the internal creator database, collaborate with clients and social strategists, and ensure content aligns with client expectations.
  • Leading communication with creators throughout UGC campaigns.
  • Building and maintaining creative briefs.
  • Overseeing all deliverables for UGC services.
  • Managing the internal creator database.
  • Casting creators for various campaigns.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve creator processes.

Role Requirements:
  • Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns.
  • Ability to build, edit, and manage creative briefs.
  • Familiarity with UGC and its role in marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to innovate processes to improve UGC delivery and scale.
