Mission Development Manager

Job Description

Vannevar Labs is seeking a Mission Development Manager to drive growth outcomes through go-to-market strategies. This role involves expanding current deployments and developing new national security deployments. The Mission Development Manager will report to a Senior Mission Development Manager and is expected to develop into a Senior Manager within 12-18 months.Responsibilities:

• Executing strategies to drive deployments from new footholds to embedding in current defense programs.
• Delivering growth outcomes from concept through contract close.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience delivering growth within a technology or products context.
• Demonstrated ability to convert pilots into larger projects.
• Mission domain experience in national security technology.
• Experience growing defense product deployments from small-scale pilots.
• U.S. Persons status with at least a current Top Secret US DoD or IC clearance.
