Job Description
Demandbase is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to grow, support, and renew customer adoption of Demandbase solutions. The CSM will partner with clients to achieve their objectives, drive adoption, accelerate time to live and value, and provide B2B digital business expertise. The CSM will consult and negotiate with Director, C, and VP-level executives, articulating value and demonstrating how Demandbase solutions enable customers to achieve their objectives.
What this role involves: - Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Driving adoption of the Demandbase Platform, measured through platform usage.
- Onboarding new customers.
- Achieving customer goals by providing proactive ABM best practices, strategies, and use cases.
- Proposing creative solutions to client’s executive sponsors.
- Identifying growth opportunities within the client base.
- Maintaining expertise on industry trends/practices and competitive landscape.
Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant work experience in a strategic account management position supporting SAAS customers.
- Proven sales success in upsell and cross-sell environments.
- Experience building and coordinating internal teams and resources.
- Deep experience with Sales and Marketing Technology.
- Proven experience in managing technical intangible project implementations.
- Located in the Pacific Time Zone.
