Job Description
RightShip is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development to join their team in Singapore. This role is responsible for leading the full deal lifecycle of M&A transactions, from origination to post-merger integration. The Senior Manager will collaborate with C-suite executives and external advisors to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business results.
RightShip is the world’s biggest third party maritime due diligence organization, providing expertise in global safety, sustainability and social responsibility best practices.
Role Involves:
- Sourcing and prioritizing strategic targets for M&A.
- Leading the full deal lifecycle from origination to term sheet negotiation.
- Driving post-merger integration (PMI) governance.
- Structuring comprehensive investment cases with business plans.
- Collaborating with corporate finance teams in building valuation models.
- Partnering with C-suite and functional leads to drive strategic initiatives.
- Acting as a key liaison to external advisors.
- Leading investor communications through ownership of quarterly updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent, preferred.
- 10+ years in corporate development, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Proven track record executing M&A transactions and post-merger integrations.
- Expertise in financial modelling and valuation techniques with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong strategic thinking, market research, and business case development capabilities.
- Extensive experience in leading complex, multi-functional projects and delivering measurable business results.
- High level of adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
