Tekion is seeking a Partner Success Manager to cultivate strong relationships with dealer partners. This role involves ensuring partners adopt Tekion's solutions and realize their value. The Partner Success Manager will proactively identify opportunities to meet partner needs and improve their operations.
Role Involves:
- Developing and managing dealer partner portfolios.
- Handling dealer partner inquiries and communication.
- Analyzing dealer partner data to improve customer experience.
- Evaluating and improving communication infrastructure.
- Mediating between dealer partners and the organization.
- Suggesting new solutions to improve partner operations.
- Anticipating customer needs based on projects.
Requirements:
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and quick learning ability.
- Strategic thinking and persuasive communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of customer success processes.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to travel (20%-30%).
