Tekion is seeking a Partner Success Manager to cultivate strong relationships with dealer partners. This role involves ensuring solution adoption and demonstrating the value of products to positively impact dealer revenue. The Partner Success Manager will proactively identify how solutions can meet dealer partner needs.Role involves:
- Developing and managing dealer partner portfolios
- Handling dealer partner inquiries and communication
- Analyzing dealer partner data to improve customer experience
- Mediating between dealer partners and the organization
- Suggesting new solutions to improve dealer operations
Requirements:
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Automotive software or dealership experience
- Adaptability and strategic thinking
- Experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Ability to travel (20%-30%)
