Tekion is seeking a Partner Success Manager to cultivate strong relationships with dealer partners. This role involves ensuring partners adopt Tekion's solutions and realize their value in boosting revenue. The Partner Success Manager will proactively identify opportunities for partners to leverage the solutions effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing dealer partner portfolios.
- Handling dealer partner inquiries and communication.
- Analyzing dealer partner data to improve customer experience.
- Evaluating and improving tutorials and communication infrastructure.
- Mediating between dealer partners and the organization.
- Handling and resolving dealer partner requests and concerns.
- Suggesting new solutions or products to improve dealer partners’ operations.
- Anticipating customer needs based on projects in the pipeline.
- Holding weekly and biweekly status meetings.
Requirements:
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Automotive experience in dealership or vendor software.
- Adaptability and quick learning ability.
- Strategic thinking and persuasive communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of customer success processes.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to travel (20%-30%).
