Job Description
Appian is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to support the Executive Vice President of Engineering and the engineering team. This role is based in McLean, Virginia, and requires in-office presence five days a week to foster collaboration.
In this role, the candidate will:
- Provide executive support to the Executive Vice President of Engineering and other engineering leaders.
- Summarize and synthesize key decisions and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Organize and run key departmental meetings and major events.
- Support processes and tools for the Engineering department, seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain key documents, calendars, and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 2-5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Docs, Sheets; Google Hangout and Meet).
- Strong organization skills.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Specialist preferred.
