Truecaller is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their team in Bangalore, India. The Customer Support team is dedicated to fostering valuable connections with users, aiming to promptly respond to emails and effectively resolve any issues encountered. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in customer support, preferably for mobile/technical products, and excellent English communication skills.

Role Involves:

  • Responding to emails and resolving queries.
  • Troubleshooting complex product issues and managing escalations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product bugs.
  • Analyzing data and creating effective reporting summaries.
  • Creating and updating documentation to aid users.
  • Educating customers on product usage.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in customer support, preferably for mobile/technical products.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar software.
  • Email support experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a big plus (especially Hindi and Arabic).
  • Able to approach problems with logical thinking and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in effective time management and multitasking abilities.
