Job Description
LearnUpon is seeking a Business & Process Improvement Analyst to join their Finance team. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, requiring 3 days per week in the office. LearnUpon is a global company that provides a learning management system (LMS) to help organizations train their employees, partners, and customers. The role involves:
  • Conducting data analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
  • Owning and administering the core finance application, Netsuite, and supporting end users.
  • Implementing business process improvements and enabling tools.
  • Executing testing and initial review on enhancements.
  • Analyzing and developing business process diagrams and models.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to address improvement opportunities.
  • Documenting requirements for IT functional specifications.
  • Identifying and implementing automation across core business processes.
  • Liaising with external Support Providers to resolve queries and deliver enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance/accounting environment.
  • Experience with Netsuite administration.
  • Experience in system/process improvement delivery with a Finance focus.
  • Experience in dealing with third-party support providers.
  • High attention to detail and trustworthiness.
  • Proactive and independent with strong partnership and consulting skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and deliver quality work.
