Job Description
Axon is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Software Implementations team. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and involves collaborating with law enforcement agencies and public safety organizations to implement software solutions. The Business Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions, ensuring clients realize the full potential of Axon’s technologies.
Role involves:
- Capturing and translating customer needs into business process documentation.
- Analyzing complex business challenges and providing clarity.
- Partnering with customers to configure software systems.
- Assessing the feasibility, impact, and cost of proposed solutions.
- Designing and administering user acceptance tests.
- Developing and delivering training plans and materials.
- Collaborating across departments to drive company-wide initiatives.
