Job Description
Axon is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Software Implementations team. This role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and involves collaborating with law enforcement agencies and public safety organizations to implement software solutions. The Business Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
Role involves:
- Capturing and translating customer needs into business process documentation.
- Analyzing complex business challenges and providing clarity.
- Configuring software systems tailored to customer objectives.
- Assessing the feasibility, impact, and cost of proposed solutions.
- Designing and administering user acceptance tests.
- Developing and delivering training plans and materials.
- Collaborating across departments to drive company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience gathering requirements and optimizing workflows.
- Familiarity with software configurations and coding experience (JSON preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Commitment to Axon’s mission.
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
