Job Description
Veeam, a market leader in data resilience, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Benelux region. This role is based in Bucharest, Romania, and involves selling Veeam's products and services via telephone within the assigned territory. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with the channel sales team and partners to prospect, build relationships, and close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generates sales within assigned territory (Benelux)
- Drives key business and technical benefits mapped to the end user requirements
- Coordinates sales activities with partners and resellers
- Maximizes coverage within the defined region
- Provides forecasting and account opportunity as needed
- Drives revenue and contributes to the continued growth of Veeam
- Teams up with channel sales and system engineers sales the territory on planning and execution
- Updates and maintains the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com)
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams
- Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written communications and electronic correspondence skills
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
- Salesforce.com is a plus
- Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools
- Strong interest and passion for technology innovation
