Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality of its Salesforce applications, solutions, and implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Salesforce testing, covering Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Community/Experience Cloud development.
This role involves close collaboration with project teams to review requirements, develop test plans and cases, identify defects, and contribute to successful solution launches. The Senior Salesforce QA Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that solutions meet business needs and align with quality and security standards.

Role involves:
- Designing test processes and procedures for the Salesforce platform.
- Developing, executing, and maintaining test plans and automation scripts.
- Validating new functionality, APIs, workflows, integrations, and UI/UX elements.
- Implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
- Maintaining detailed test documentation and participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Conducting UAT and tracking KPIs related to test coverage and release stability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ environments.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Provar, Selenium, or ACCELQ.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience testing APIs, integrations, and cloud-native environments.
- Knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
