Job Description
Inizio is seeking a Senior PTP Analyst to join their growing finance team in Manchester. This role is crucial for promoting supplier, employee, and key stakeholder engagement within the PTP function at the SSC. The Senior PTP Analyst will ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, while also providing guidance and support to team members within the SSC.
Responsibilities include: - Overseeing the processing and review of supplier invoices and employee expense claims.
- Acting as a pay run approver for supply runs within Oracle across various banking platforms.
- Providing support and advice to team members on Oracle, FF, and banking software.
- Serving as a subject matter expert and guiding PTP Analysts.
- Driving process improvements and contributing to automation projects.
- Managing escalated queries from the AP inbox and ensuring resolution.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant vendor records in line with GDPR and SOX requirements.
- Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage invoice exceptions.
- Supporting month-end close processes, including AP reporting and accruals.
- Analyzing supplier account activity and providing reporting to business units.
- Ensuring full compliance with internal controls and supporting audit requirements.
Requirements: - Knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, with exposure to high-volume, multi-entity environments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and tools such as Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
- Clear and confident communication skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
