Community Host / Front Office Host

Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Community Host/Front Office Host for their Vienna location. This role involves ensuring guests have the best possible experience. The Community Host will operate in all front-of-house areas, providing a warm welcome, assisting with check-in, offering excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and providing information about the city.Role involves:

• Welcoming guests
• Assisting with self-check-in kiosks
• Managing bookings
• Providing concierge services
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Assisting with guest requests

Requirements:

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment
• Ability to handle stressful periods
• Fluency in English
• European citizenship or legal permission to work in Austria
