Community Supervisor

Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Community Supervisor for their Amsterdam West location. The Community Supervisor will ensure guests have the best possible experience. He/She will work with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and community hosts to supervise all aspects of hotel operations. The Community Supervisor will provide excellent service in the restaurant and bars and connect with guests to make their stay unforgettable. He/She will be responsible for the hotel's smooth running.Role involves:

• Supervising and assisting front of house staff.
• Providing excellent guest service.
• Handling guest and team member questions and complaints.
• Maintaining an overview of hotel operations.
• Assisting team members.
• Networking with the guest community.

Requirements:

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• At least 1 year of hotel or team leading experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
