Sr Systems Analyst(HL7, .Net)

Job Description

Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst to deliver health IT solutions. The role involves providing technical application solutions, working with team members to understand customer requirements, and ensuring adherence to processes and documentation. The candidate will perform technical application configuration, run reports, maintain technical documentation, and provide production support. They will also assist in resolving escalated support calls, identify defect causes, and coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical application solutions for assigned business areas.
• Work with team members to understand customer requirements.
• Follow processes, documentations, and report progress.
• Perform technical application configuration and run reports.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Provide production support and resolve escalated support calls.
• Identify defect causes and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines.
• Participate in focus groups, workshops, and vendor training.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience.
• Good working knowledge of Programming, OOPs, SQL Queries, Stored Procedure.
• Hands-on experience with Health Care IT.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 or knowledge of Integration engine.
• Understanding of various Health Care IT systems.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to US healthcare processes is a plus.
