Sr Systems Analyst(HL7, .Net)

Job Description

Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst to deliver health IT solutions. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Manager to provide technical application solutions for assigned business areas. They will collaborate with team members to understand customer requirements and ensure programs meet technical specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical application solutions for assigned business areas.
• Work with team members to understand customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to processes, documentation, and progress reporting.
• Perform technical application configuration and run reports.
• Maintain technical documentation based on standard operating procedures.
• Provide production support and resolve escalated support calls.
• Identify and address common causes of defects.
• Coordinate with Project/Resources Managers to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in focus groups, workshops, and vendor training.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience.
• Good working knowledge of Programming, OOPs, SQL Queries, Stored Procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Health Care IT.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 or knowledge of Integration engines.
• Understanding of various Health Care IT systems.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to US healthcare processes is a plus.
