Job Description
Centria Autism is seeking a BCBA Supervising Clinician for their ABA Center in Peoria, Arizona. The role involves providing compassionate, assent-based care and developing individualized programs for clients. The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA therapy and guide Behavior Technicians to meet clinical standards.
The role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
