Student Analyst (BCBA Trainee) - Peoria Center

Job Description

• Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
• Developing child-specific treatment plans.
• Training and nurturing a team of Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
• Coaching and developing the team to achieve high performance.
• Inspiring parent/caregiver involvement in the Treatment Plan.
• Ensuring the daily functions of the team are completed.
• Identifying skill gaps and assisting with improvement.

• Enrollment in a Master's ABA program.
• Accrual of at least 750 fieldwork hours.
• 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
• Previous supervision experience is preferred.
• Crisis management experience is preferred.
