Job Description
Mozilla Corporation, a non-profit-backed technology company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Mozilla VPN. This role involves championing online privacy and security by securing users' network connections through Mozilla VPN, a trusted, audited, and open-source product. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of online privacy.
Role involves:
- Defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements.
- Collaborating with engineering to maintain a balanced product backlog.
- Conducting market and competitive research.
- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Providing product updates to executives.
Requirements:
- Experience as a product manager, having worked on early-stage products.
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS products and proven results in leading Product Led Growth (PLG) initiatives.
- Proven collaboration with UX and Engineering teams.
- Ability to simplify complex problems.
- A track record of using a data-driven approach.
- Experience issuing effective communication and engagement with multiple partners.
- Experience with data extraction and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Looker, Excel).
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and develop.
