Job Description
Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Contract Management to join their Employee Lifecycle team. This role focuses on ensuring legal compliance and a positive employee experience in contract-related activities for Remote’s external employees and clients. The Lifecycle Specialist will report to the Employee Lifecycle Manager.

Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing and resolving end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions.
  • Managing modifications to Employment Agreements.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Assisting in managing critical initiatives and supporting HR and financial audits.
  • Developing and updating global internal documentation pertaining to Contracts Management.
  • Addressing internal and external inquiries on employment matters.
  • Drafting, tailoring, and administering employee lifecycle documents.
  • Processing employee lifecycle events on Remote’s internal HRIS platform.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Managing employee data and confidential information.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner.
  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes.
  • Efficiency in operations and awareness of thorough record-keeping.
  • Tech-savviness and ability to collaborate asynchronously.
  • Ability to work independently and cohesively in an international team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Keen interest in documentation and asynchronous working.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
  • Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
