Job Description

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist in Contract Management to join their Employee Lifecycle team. This role is crucial for ensuring all contract-related activities for Remote’s external employees and clients are performed with a focus on legal compliance and a superior employee experience. The Lifecycle Specialist will report to the Employee Lifecycle Manager and will be responsible for managing modifications to employment agreements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and developing internal documentation.

Role involves:

  • Overseeing and resolving end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions.
  • Managing all modifications to Employment Agreements.
  • Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting Senior Specialists to manage critical initiatives.
  • Developing and updating global internal documentation.
  • Proactively addressing internal and external inquiries on all employment matters.
  • Drafting, tailoring, and administering all employee lifecycle documents.
  • Processing employee lifecycle events on Remote’s internal HRIS platform.
  • Actively identifying opportunities for and contributing to process improvements.
  • Safely managing and maintaining employee data and confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner.
  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude and enthusiasm for innovating and optimizing processes.
  • Efficiency in operations with thorough record-keeping and data integrity.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools.
  • Ability to work independently and cohesively in an international team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Keen interest in documentation and asynchronous working.
  • Familiarity with communication, documentation, and project management tools.
  • Experience working in a remote setting, hyper-growth start-up culture is a plus.
