Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist in Contract Management to join their Employee Lifecycle team. This role is crucial for ensuring legally compliant and positive employee experiences for Remote's external employees and clients. What this role involves: - Overseeing and resolving end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions.
- Managing modifications to Employment Agreements for internal and external employees.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Assisting in managing critical initiatives and supporting HR and financial audits.
- Developing and updating global internal documentation pertaining to Contracts Management.
- Addressing internal and external inquiries on employment matters.
- Drafting, tailoring, and administering employee lifecycle documents.
- Processing employee lifecycle events on Remote’s internal HRIS platform.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Safely managing employee data and confidential information.
Requirements: - Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes.
- Efficiency in operations with thorough record-keeping.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously.
- Ability to work independently and cohesively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Keen interest in documentation and asynchronous working.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
- Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
