Job Description
Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to focus on the Nordics market. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, supporting the Account Executive team, and communicating Remote's value proposition to potential clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and either Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.
Role Involves:
- Responding to and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects generated by various sources.
- Identifying key players and researching business requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven business development success using core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- Fluency in English and native Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.
