Job Description
Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant to drive change with diverse perspectives. The consultant will collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions, leveraging strategic, creative, and scientific skills. This role focuses on addressing client challenges through data-driven insights and technological foundations.
The consultant will support global clients in developing new product and service portfolios, creating sustainable business models, and overseeing their implementation. The role involves focusing on connected devices to leverage data across the value chain. The consultant will translate strategies into actionable concepts, ensuring the development and launch of new products and services on a platform level, centered around the customer. They will optimize customer experience along the entire customer journey, incorporating the latest trends in IoT and connectivity into projects.

Requirements:
- Outstanding degree in economics, technology, or IT
- Initial practical experience in business model innovation, portfolio management, or consulting
- Reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy
- Basic understanding of consulting in the field of Intelligent Products & Services
- Enjoyment in combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as very good MS Office skills
- Excellent German and English skills
