Momentum Worldwide is seeking a driven Account Executive to join their Business Leadership team, supporting a global retail client. This role is based near the client's headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas, and requires onsite presence a few days a week.
Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day management of the client’s business and internal team.
- Actively forge and maintain relationships with the client and their partners.
- Manage the development and execution of experiential programs and omnichannel initiatives.
- Establish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams.
- Manage day-to-day communication with internal and external partners.
- Manage the weekly client internal newsletter.
- Attend and contribute to client presentations.
- Travel to support experiences as needed.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant marketing experience in the CPG and/or retail industry.
- Agency experience, particularly in the live events industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strong client relationships.
- Proven success in managing internal partners through process.
- Highly organized and calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful, and proactive.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Strong budget creation and management skills.
- Effective project management and prioritization skillset.
- Detail oriented with knowledge of tools like Smartsheet or Airtable.
- Polished, professional demeanor.
