Weber Shandwick is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Marketing (B2B) to join their team. This role is part of Weber Advisory. The Senior Manager will lead client partnerships focused on integrated digital marketing strategy and execution across Baltimore and the NA network. The role operates on a hybrid model, blending remote and onsite work.
Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies.
- Executing digital engagement campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Conducting research for market landscape, persona, and competitor analysis.
- Serving as a lead business marketing strategist.
- Brainstorming and pitching ideas for performance marketing campaigns.
- Managing multiple projects, budgets, and staffing.
- Overseeing editorial planning, content development, and paid media.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years’ experience in digital communications and marketing.
- Experience with a digital marketing or digital agency.
- Experience in energy, technology, manufacturing, healthcare/pharma verticals.
- Expertise in B2B and integrated digital campaigns.
- Background in demand gen, lead gen, sales enablement, ABM, and email marketing.
- Experience with B2B automation platforms and MarTech tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
