Job Description
Everlaw, a cloud-native and AI-powered platform, is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their team. The Technical Recruiter will partner closely with the Engineering and G&A teams to help them scale. This role involves identifying and sourcing exceptional candidates, communicating Everlaw’s value proposition, and developing business partner relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a requisition load of 6-10 open roles.
- Contribute to company growth by hiring new employees.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Build top-of-funnel strategies and manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Design candidate closing plans and make compensation recommendations.
- Co-lead candidate debriefs and leverage data to identify bottlenecks.
- Help evolve recruiting operations and provide input into training.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of full-cycle, technical recruiting experience.
- Experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Proven success in engaging and hiring passive candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and aptitude for using data.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
