Technical Sourcer (6 months)

Job Description

Everlaw is seeking a Technical Sourcer for a 6-month temporary position in Oakland, California. This role supports the company's growth, focusing on Engineering and Product functions. The Technical Sourcer will collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Technical Leadership to engage a diverse range of candidates and promote career opportunities at Everlaw. Talent acquisition is a key pillar under Everlaw's Operations organization.

• Strategizing on top of funnel efforts to bring great talent to Everlaw
• Utilizing past experience sourcing candidates to engage a diverse pool of top talent
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience, representing Everlaw’s values and culture
• Using data to drive efforts and proactively manage expectations with internal & external stakeholders

About You:

• At least 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience
• Prior experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Proven success in engaging and hiring sourced/passive candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other mediums
• Passionate about partnering with multiple hiring managers to build diverse teams
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for process improvements
• Aptitude for using data to create narratives and drive hiring decisions
• Authorized to work in the United States
