Job Description
Stone is seeking a Logistics Assistant to join their team in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer. They aim to transform the payments industry by serving Brazilian entrepreneurs. The Logistics team plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service. This role, known as Green Angel, involves direct customer interaction at their point of sale, assisting with product setup and usage. The role also includes managing stock, receiving assets, reverse logistics, equipment sorting, and inventory management at the assigned hub.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending to customers directly at their point of sale.
- Assisting customers with the initial setup and correct usage of products.
- Managing stock, receiving assets, and handling reverse logistics.
- Sorting equipment and conducting periodic stock inventories.
Requirements:
- CNH A or AB (Moto) active for at least 2 years.
- Completed high school education.
